      • How much is shipping?
        • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is usually free unless you order a large amount of product. In this case we will email you the details. 
      • Do you ship internationally?
        • We currently ship worldwide to 240 countries and looking forward to fulfilling your order
      • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
        • This depends on the product ordered. It typically takes only a few days to your order to ship out. Once shipped, it only takes your order to arrive within a few days (5-30 business days sometimes longer). You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
      • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
        • Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once.. They're on the way!
      • What does Being Processed mean?
        • We have received your order and we are quality checking and preparing your order for shipment.  If your order has been processing for more than two days then the item may be out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more.
      • I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail... What's going on?
        • Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
      • Oh no, I messed up my shipping address/order! Can I change it?
        • If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises.  If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right as we know how frustrating it can be to place an order incorrectly.
      • I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
        • You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships!
      • But wait, my tracking number doesn't work... Are you guys a scam?
        • No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site. Thank you for ordering from Outdoor Ego!

        • Exchanges may be a little more difficult since we order only the exact quantities needed. We usually order a few extras for cases like this, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
